Your California privacy rights

Notice of rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the "CCPA") provides California residents with certain rights with respect to their personal information.

We collect and share personal information from or about you when you use GetSet, but we do not "sell" information we collect, as described in our Privacy Statement.

Under the CCPA, you have the right to request a report on your personal information, to request a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information, and to request deletion of your personal information.

We provide these rights to registered account holders who are California residents, subject to a verifiable consumer request. To exercise any of these rights, submit the form below or email privacy@getset.com. In your message, specify the right you wish to exercise (e.g. report or deletion), and provide your full name, Zip Code, and the email address associated with your GetSet account. You may be required to verify your request by providing additional information and/or by other means.

Please note that we do not "sell" information we collect about you, so we do not process requests to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To make a request as an authorized agent, send an email to privacy@getset.com containing verification that you are authorized to act as an agent, as well as the information indicated above.
